Expression of Interest (Eol) For supply of Goods and Services

The SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre has to update the roster of potential suppliers and service providers in Nepal by registering their firms to make eligible for supplying of following goods and services to the SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre, STAC .

| 21 | The registration of validity shall be for one year from the date of final approval of list |
The registration of validity shall be for one year from the date of final approval of list. The interested Firms can submit their Eol to the SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIIDS Centre (within office hours Monday to Friday) Via Online/offline attaching all required documents (copies of VAT and Firm Registration and Tax Clearance Certificates, list of clients and company profile etc.) in prescribed attached Format, within 15 days of this Notice. The STAC reserves all the rights to accept/reject roistering of firms in the list in case to case basis. The application for registering in STAC can be downloaded from the same notice published in STAC website www.saarctb.org.
Note: Those who have registered earlier in 2025 do not need to reapply as they are already enlisted.
