SAARC Energy Centre requires services from experienced and qualified expert(s)/part(y/ies) on short-term basis to conduct the following two studies:
- Study on “Scope of Rooftop Solar in Government Educational Institutions in Bangladesh”
- Study on “Developing and Operationalizing the Internal and Cross Border Carbon Market”
If you have experience in the relevant field and interest in undertaking any of the above study, please submit your proposal (on the prescribed format) to info@saarcenergy.org not later than Wednesday, 10th September 2025. Please clearly mention the subject of the study in your correspondence.

The Study task will be carried-out while working at your location. It does not require any travelling to SAARC Member States or to SAARC Energy Centre.
The Expert(s)/Part(y/ies) can apply for any or both the studies.
Only short-listed Expert(s)/Part(y/ies) will be contacted for the final selection.
Any false information/document(s) will lead to rejection of the proposal.
The SEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals.
