Result of Deputy Director and Epidemiologist
NOTICE
The vacancy announcements for the positions of Deputy Director & Epidemiologist were circulated to Member States on 24th June 2024 through SAARC Secretariat, deadline was 45 days for the submission of applications from the candidates. The date was extended on 26th August 2024 till 10 October 2024. Due to non-received of adequate application again, it was extended till 25 November 2024.
The written exam and interview of the shortlisted Candidates of Deputy Director was completed on 29th and 30th May 2025 respectively. As per the recommendation of by the Selection Committee, H. E. the Secretary General approved the appointment of the following candidate on 9th June 2025.

The appointment letter for Professional Staff will be issued in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the existing Rules and Regulations of the SAARC Regional Centres. Principal Candidate are advised to contact/communicate to STAC within 7 day for signing of contract for further process.
