Orientation Program with the students from Chanakya College of Management,
Thimi, Bhaktapur
On the commemoration of World TB Day and SAARC TB Day 2024, SAARC TB and HIV/AIDS Centre (STAC) organized an orientation program with students from Chanakya College of Management for the Control/Elimination of Tuberculosis in the STAC Hall II on 20 March 2024. The objective of the orientation program was to disseminate information on tuberculosis and create social awareness and sensitize the students about this deadly diseases and the regional and global target of elimination of TB.
STAC has always taken the initiation to advocate, sensitize and create public awareness about TB, in close partnership with students, health workers and the general public.
Mr. H.K. Maharjan was given the best staff award for the year 2023 in the program.
