Invitation of Estimate/Rate

SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre (STAC)

Notice 

The SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre, Thimi, Bhaktapur invites estimates/rates for providing the goods and services for maintenance of 300 KVA Transfer and replacing of Cables from transformer to main distribution board. The details of requirements are as under:

For Transformer related Goods and Services:

Opening of Transformer, disconnecting of Cables, testing of spare parts and maintenance cleaning, changing/ replacing damaged  parts, filtering and  instillation of Transformer oil and installation/setup.

Cable Related Goods and Services:

i.                    300 mm 3.5 Cores. Alu Armed Cable- 45 mtrs.

ii.                  Cable socket 300 mm. 13 units

iii.                Dismantling of existing old used damaged cable

iv.                Laying of 300 mm new cable

v.                  Connection of both ends of cables with crimped sockets and suitable colored pvc tape.

The interested and concerned firms are requested to submit their Rates/Estimate for above both or single works within 31 May, 2021 in the Email: deputydirector@saarctb.org,  with the copies of Firm Registration and PAN/VAT (The firms without valid registration and PAN/VAT will not be considered). The quoted rate should cover for services by expert/ suitably qualified mechanic/ engineer, material, service/labor and transportation etc. cost. No other additional cost would be paid by the Centre.
