Expression of Interest (EoI)
For supplying Security Guard Services to the SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre, Thimi for the year 2023.
The SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre invites the applications/Proposals from the Interested Services Agencies for providing services of Security Guard ( 1 person x 08 hrs x 3 shift or 1 person x 12 hrs x 2 shift) to the SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre, Thimi, Bhaktapur. The Proposal should cover the minimum following information and documents;
- Mention- Brief Introduction/profile of Firm/Company.
- Enclose- Copy of Firm/Company Registration Certificate.
- Enclose- Copy of VAT Registration Certificates.
- Enclose- Copy of Tax Clearance Certificates
- Mention brief- Experience and number of organizations services have been providing bt your firm.
- Mention- Charges( 1 Person x 08 hrs x 3 shift or 1 person x 12 hrs x 2 shift) and mode of payment etc. including all the taxes. The Centre will not pay for any further costs like festival allowance, uniform, materials etc.The quoted rate may be valid for one year.

- Mention- Responsibility and accountability of service proveder/Firm.
- Mention- Supervision and monitoring system of guards, training to security guards, to be allocated in the duty, ex-army/police etc.
The interested Service Provider Agencies are advised to submit their sealed proposal within 07 days from the date of publication of this Notice to the SAARC Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS Centre at room no. S13( within office hours Monday-Friday). The contract may be provided to a winner bidder by completing all the procedures. The Centre reserves all the right to accept/reject proposal.
